Hello!
I am a book designer and creative director with a focus on thoughtful and effective design that supports fun storytelling. I’ve spent the last 14 years working in independent publishing with Quirk Books leading design direction on titles that range from board books to cookbooks to horror and have found delight in every kind of project.
I earned my BA in Art History from McGill University (and I’d be happy to talk about the best poutine) followed by an AAS in Graphic Design from Parsons, the New School for Design. Since then I’ve had the chance to collaborate with many talented designers, illustrators, editors, and authors to bring a wide range of creative projects to life.
And in case you’re wondering, yes, I live in Philadelphia and have a certain familiar name but I do not in fact have a secret career coaching football (or very much football knowledge at all for that matter). But all the same, go birds.
